.Order before 11 am to receive your order the very next day
Deliveries Made Friday to Sunday
Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched Monday, and will be delivered the next day.
Accessories
Accessories are delivered for free with orders more than £100 on the website, or free when ordered with an electric scooter.
Please note: Accessories ordered with E-scooters may come in separate deliveries.
Signed For Deliveries
All E-scooter orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. All E-scooter deliveries will need to be signed for, whether by yourself, household member.
Failed Deliveries
If you are away from the delivery address, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.
The item will be returned to our store if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on three occasions. Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us.
You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Inokim cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.
If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.
